Supply Logistics Agent
Location: Belfast (Onsite Requirement)
Contract: Until 17/11/2026 (Likely to be extended)
Pay Rate: 29.00 per hour (Umbrella) / 21.68 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 36 per week (Mon-Thurs 8:15am-4:45pm, Fri 8:00am-12:00pm)
About the Role
Our Client, a world-leading global aerospace manufacturing organisation, is seeking a Supply Logistics Agent to join their team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth planning and management of parts supply for internal and external customers, supporting operational success and optimising assets.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all transactional elements of parts supply to meet master schedule requirements.
• Provide governance and visibility to the Operations Team and collaborate with SCM Execution on schedule, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Maintain operational systems with the highest levels of data accuracy.
• Manage parameters to ensure optimal asset utilisation.
• Analyse forward load and capacity plans, including Line of Balance updates.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to the shop floor and external customers.
• Communicate parts supply enablement profiles and report supply chain data accurately and promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum HNC or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPIM, CIPS) and at least 2 years' experience in Supply Chain. OR At least 3 years' relevant experience in Supply Chain without formal qualification.
• Knowledge and experience of MRP Planning Systems is essential.
• Basic working knowledge of related Supply Chain processes.
