Our hugely ambitious and purpose driven team is becoming famous for making people OBSESSED with the worldxe2x80x99s best food: Beans.Joining us at an incredibly exciting time, as our first ever Supply Manager youxe2x80x99ll be responsible for building collaborative relationships with our existing outsourced co-manufacturers; sourcing new suppliers as our business continues to grow; and always ensuring (through close working with the wider Supply Chain team) that we and our co-manufacturing suppliers ALWAYS have enough beans in stock to ensure wexe2x80x99re delighting our customers!This role is perfect for an Operations professional whoxe2x80x99s excited about making a difference, building relationships, solving problems; and who wants to take on responsibility, ownership and autonomy at a growing business where they can have a monumental impact and continuously progress their career.Please note: This role will involve building strong relationships with our Spanish manufacturing base, so proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential to be successful in this role. You will be leading supplier meetings in Spanish, speaking with your Bold Bean Co colleagues in English, as well as communicating via email in both English and Spanish depending on the context.Who are we?We believe that beans are, by every metric, the world's best food. The Opportunity:We are looking for a collaborative and numerically-minded supply professional whoxe2x80x99s comfy using their own initiative to help us on our mission to make the world OBSESSED with beans, by building the most robust supply chain with excellent forecasting.Your role:

• Building key relationships with our co-manufacturers to ensure wexe2x80x99re their favourite customer
• Creating and sharing forward forecasts to ensure production outpaces demand for stock, keeping us always in stock
• Working with the wider Supply Chain team, as well as Commercial and Marketing teams, to land key promotional volume and activity.
• Supporting with the launch of EPD and NPD, ensuring itxe2x80x99s on time and on budget
• Working closely with the wider Supply Chain team to ensure top-notch stock availability all the way through the chain, from production to logistics to customer service.
• Working with our co-manufacturers to ensure they have the right packaging on hand for our production needs
• Managing Cost of Goods (COGs) within budget
• Supporting our raw material procurement process with great long-term forecasting

Experience:

• Experience in handling and converting sales-out forecasts
• Experience of working with outsourced manufacturers.
• Strong experience in Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Familiarity with the UK major multiples' retailer base
• Start-up experience
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish language, both written and spoken.
