Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting. Support children's individual learning and development through tailored activities. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging educational programmes. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development. Work collaboratively with other professionals to support children with disabilities or special educational needs. Promote inclusive practices, particularly for children with autism or other developmental challenges.

Skills

Experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities. Ability to mentor and tutor children, fostering their growth and confidence. Creative writing skills to develop engaging learning materials and activities. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children. Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
