The role:

This role will oversee up to 1000 SKUs during phase in/out activities and will require interactions with multiple stakeholders (i.e - project management, production, sourcing, merchandising, data management etc.). The role will also support other planners during royal warrant update across multiple SKUs on our portfolio.

It includes :

  • Products phase in/out management in production
  • Components planning and purchasing.
  • Master data management on SAP
  • Write off avoidance activities.
What you will do:
  • Effectively replenish regional, USA, German and Asian warehouse stocks through the SAP Workbench by planning the production/vendor supply requirements, creating the forward requisitions and generating weekly intercompany stock transfer orders (STOs) and placing vendor purchase orders
  • Manage EDS safety stock replenishment process to generate twice a month STOs to Germany
  • Manage key vendor forward requirements, supply plans and the placement of finished foods Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Material plan and free issue raw materials to venders in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive material status; shortage identification and resolution
  • Support all new product launches and range review. Ensure Christmas, summer, and winter sales promotions are met with full quantities available in all markets in a timely manner
  • Ensure all STOs and PO receipts are booked in correctly
What you need:
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent professional experience
  • Supply chain specific subject matter is an advantage
  • in 3 years\' experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in cosmetic and toiletries, or FMCG business
  • SAP experience in a supply and production environment
  • Proven experience of successful interaction with key stakeholders, both internal and external (third party suppliers)
  • Ability to manage the delivery of short term objectives
  • Demonstration of effective cross-functional working to achieve result
  • Understanding of materials requirements planning within manufacturing environment
  • Demand and supply planning experience both internally and externally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities will change and need to be acted on quickly
