- Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students across different age groups and subjects
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the varying learning styles and abilities of students
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with permanent teaching staff to ensure continuity in education
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Demonstrated experience in teaching or relevant educational settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
- Proficient in classroom management techniques
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Additional teaching certifications or specialisations
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Knowledge of educational technology tools
