The Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills and confidence delivering lessons to

secondary-aged pupils

in the absence of their class teacher.

Lesson plans, registers, and behaviour management details are provided by the school No planning or marking required (unless you're in a long-term contract - to be discussed) You'll help to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment

Requirements

Strong English communication skills Minimum

3 months' experience

in teaching, childcare, coaching, youth work, tutoring, or similar Confident communicating with pupils aged

11-16 years

Comfortable managing behaviour and maintaining engagement A

degree

or working towards one is desirable A commitment to participation, development, and learning Strong interpersonal skills for working with pupils and staff
