About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher Supervise and engage students, maintaining a focused and positive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour confidently and in line with school policies Support teaching and senior staff to ensure continuity of learning
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young people and are considering a future career in education or teacher training.

Key Requirements

Experience working with young people or within a school environment (preferred) Confident classroom management and strong communication skills A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Right to work in the UK and the ability to provide recent references Teaching qualifications are not required - we welcome applicants from all backgrounds
