What You'll Do

As a Cover Supervisor or Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons across different subjects and age groups Maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment Support pupil learning, engagement, and wellbeing Follow school policies, routines, and behaviour management strategies Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff Communicate effectively with school teams and uphold professional standards
This role offers excellent flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work -- ideal for both part-time and full-time availability.

Who We're Looking For

You should hold

one or more

of the following:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or an equivalent UK teaching qualification Experience as a Cover Supervisor, HLTA, Teaching Assistant, or classroom practitioner
You will also need:

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Excellent communication and adaptability A genuine passion for supporting young people An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Eligibility to work in the UK
