About the Setting:

This PRU provides tailored education for students who are unable to attend mainstream school due to behavioural, emotional, or social challenges. The environment is nurturing, structured, and highly supportive, with a strong focus on helping students re-engage with learning and build confidence in their abilities.


You'll be working with small class sizes, supported by a skilled team of teaching assistants and pastoral staff. The role requires flexibility, patience, and a trauma-informed approach to teaching.

What We're Looking For:

A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a genuine interest in alternative provision Experience working with students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs is highly desirable Strong behaviour management and the ability to build trust and rapport with students A calm, resilient, and compassionate approach to teaching
