Job Description

Teaching Tomorrow, a receptable local teaching agency, are looking for committed and versatile Supply Teachers to join our team for part-time supply work based in and around Leighton Buzzard, from the new academic year.



The supply work will commence again from September, offering a perfect balance, allowing you to make a significant impact on students' education, across key stages 3 and 4, while maintaining a flexible schedule.



Key Responsibilities:



Deliver engaging and effective teaching across various subjects and year groups.

Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school environments.

Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or create stimulating lessons as needed.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all students are supported and encouraged.

Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their academic growth.



Requirements:



Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Comfortable covering lessons across national UK curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students

Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellbeing among young people.
