Location: Louth, Lincolnshire

Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)

Start Date: October 2025

Salary: 32,916-45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

As a supply teacher, you'll bring energy, adaptability, and a calm presence into every classroom. You'll be confident managing different year groups, quickly building rapport with pupils and staff, and delivering lessons with clarity and confidence, even on short notice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys making a meaningful impact wherever they're needed most.

What you will need:



QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience teaching in UK classrooms Flexibility to step into different year groups and schools with confidence A strong classroom presence and the ability to keep pupils engaged, even with limited prep time Quick rapport-building skills and the confidence to follow school routines and adapt to their values Reliable behaviour management techniques and a calm, professional approach A proactive mindset - you're ready to jump in and make a difference from day one
