About the Role

As a

Cover Supervisor

, you'll:

Supervise classes in the teacher's absence Deliver pre-prepared work -

no planning or subject expertise required

Manage classroom behaviour and keep lessons on track Support students to stay engaged and focused throughout the day
In longer-term placements, you may take on additional responsibilities such as marking or planning - with

enhanced pay

to reflect this.

Who We're Looking For

Confident and adaptable individuals Experience working with young people - in

education, youth work, coaching, or tutoring

Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to get involved
Qualified Teachers (QTS)

non-qualified applicants are equally welcome.
