Fully Qualified Teachers (QTS)

supply and cover basis

across

primary, secondary and SEND schools throughout the Medway area

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Teacher / Cover Teacher, you will:

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum Teach pre-planned lessons across your subject specialism and key stages Maintain positive classroom behaviour and a productive learning environment Adapt quickly to different school settings and pupil needs Support pupils' academic progress, wellbeing and safeguarding Follow school policies and uphold professional teaching standards Provide clear feedback to school staff at the end of each assignment

Who We're Looking For

To be considered, applicants must have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification Experience teaching in

UK primary, secondary or SEND schools

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Flexibility, reliability and a professional approach A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
You will also require:

An

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

(or willingness to apply)
