Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and social development of young learners. Responsibilities



Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons across various subjects in accordance with curriculum standards Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and curiosity Assess student progress through observations, assignments, and tests, providing constructive feedback Manage classroom behaviour effectively using behaviour management strategies Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student development and address individual needs Organise extracurricular activities that promote social skills and teamwork Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioural incidents Ensure the safety and well-being of all students within the classroom and school premises

Skills



Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and developmental stages Excellent behaviour management skills to foster a positive learning environment Proven teaching ability with a passion for inspiring young learners Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues Organised with the ability to plan lessons efficiently and adapt to diverse learning needs Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges within the classroom setting
