Synergy Care and Education are looking to recruit a Teacher to support a stunning school in and around Plymouth (Devon).
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Supply Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, including those with special education needs.

Responsibilities:
Educate and inspire students through effective teaching methods
Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
Provide individualized attention and support to students
Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Utilize creative approaches to engage students in the learning process
Experience:
Previous experience working with children
Experience in special education or working with individuals with autism is a plus
Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
Ability to mentor and tutor students effectively
