The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll:

Supervise classes during teacher absence Deliver pre-set work - no subject knowledge or planning required Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task Facilitate learning rather than teach new content
In longer-term roles, you may take on added responsibilities like marking or planning, and will be paid accordingly.

Who We're Looking For

Confident, adaptable individuals Experience working with young people - in education, care, coaching, or similar Strong presence and behaviour management skills Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to get involved
