About the Role

primary, secondary and SEND schools throughout the Swale area

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Teacher / Cover Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum Teach pre-planned lessons across relevant subjects and key stages Maintain strong classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment Adapt quickly to different school settings and pupil needs Support pupil progress, wellbeing and safeguarding Follow school policies and uphold professional teaching standards Provide clear feedback to school staff at the end of each placement

Who We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

or a UK-recognised teaching qualification Experience teaching in

UK primary, secondary or SEND schools

Confident classroom and behaviour management skills A flexible, reliable and professional approach A passion for supporting children and young people
You will also require:

An

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
