Advantage Education is a specialist education recruitment agency seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support a range of special schools and alternative provisions across the region. Whether you're looking for flexible supply work or something more consistent, we can offer roles up to 5 days a week, all during school hours.

About the Role:

Placements in SEND and SEMH specialist schools Support pupils with a range of needs including learning difficulties, autism, and behavioural challenges Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility available) Opportunities for daily supply, long-term placements, or temp-to-perm roles
Ideal Candidates Will:

Have experience supporting children or young people, especially those with SEND or SEMH Be patient, resilient, and enthusiastic Be able to commit to the working hours of 8:30am-3:30pm Hold a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
