: Worthing (Accessible via bus and train)

Hours

: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only (Some flexibility for the right candidate)

Salary

: 89 per day PAYE, opportunities of permanent

Do you have a big heart, lots of patience, and a sense of fun? Our school is looking for a

full-time Teaching Assistant

(08:30-15:30, term-time only) to join our dedicated and caring staff team - and we're also on the lookout for friendly, flexible

supply TAs

who can step in to help us cover classes when needed.

Our children need adults who can encourage, guide, and nurture them - sometimes with lots of smiles and creativity, and sometimes with a calm, steady presence when behaviours become a little more challenging. You'll be part of a supportive and experienced team that shares ideas, celebrates successes, and always puts the children first.

You'll be helping children with a wide range of needs - supporting their learning, developing their independence, and being a champion for their achievements. Schools, nurseries, or early years settings. Youth work, sports coaching, or after-school clubs. Health or social care roles, particularly with children or young people. Supporting individuals with additional needs, disabilities, or behavioural challenges. Or simply lots of energy, empathy, and a willingness to learn on the job!

Hours:

Full-time (08:30 - 15:30, term-time only) OR supply cover opportunities.
