Job Description

LockerQuest is recruiting an experienced Support Administrator (remote) to join our team.

As our company continues to grow, we are expanding our support function to better serve our network of parcel locker hosts and to assist with a range of business activities across sales, account management, locker deployment, and finance.

With multiple client projects running at any given time, each at different stages of the deployment cycle, you will play a key role in keeping operations organised, on track, and well supported.

We focus on transforming unused and underutilised spaces in sectors like retail, transport, parking, hospitality, leisure, and property. Throughout our space partner network we manage the installation of various types of parcel lockers for convenient sending, collecting, and returning of parcels, handling everything from start to finish.

Having supported more than 450 businesses and overseen the installation of in excess of 1,450 parcel lockers, we bring extensive experience and a robust project governance methodology. Our expertise spans location assessment, survey management, approval coordination, and safety oversight, ensuring the successful delivery of each installation project.

What's involved?



Reporting to the Support Manager, this role supports the delivery and ongoing management of new and existing parcel locker locations. As a home based team member, you will be expected to complete tasks accurately and consistently by following established processes.

A successful candidate will:



Have a positive and flexible attitude. Have some project experience. Be able to work under pressure. Have excellent data entry skills with a very high level of accuracy. Enjoy working on your own, from home and being part of a small team that has plenty of aspiration. Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Enjoy working on a computer, project software and MS Office. Enjoy communicating with people through online conference calls, emails and telephone. Enjoy working on multiple projects and tasks at the same time. Understand Xero (or a willingness to learn). Be able to pick up processes quickly.

Using our project management system (Monday.com) you will coordinate and keep tasks updated and track the different activities to successfully take each parcel locker opportunity through its survey, approvals and installation process. Carry out various administrative tasks as instructed to support sales, operations, legal and finance. Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft Teams, email and phone. Prevent issues through forward thinking and planning tasks. Solve problems and escalate issues that require immediate action.
