Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised

Support Administrator

to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing essential administrative and operational support to

two Business Managers

, while working closely with project teams across the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and reporting of duct works projects, as well as supporting our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) function. This position would suit someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Full training will be provided on company procedures, client systems, CAD, and relevant software packages.

Key Responsibilities

Duct Services & Project Support

Produce accurate and timely reports on duct works using information provided by operational teams (Word and Excel based). Assist with the preparation and submission of

work-specific permits

, including applications for Airport and Railway station environments. Support the planning and coordination of duct works, helping to schedule teams on a

daily, weekly, and quarterly

basis. Maintain clear and organised administrative records to support efficient duct team operations. Provide general administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.
QHSE & Compliance Support

Provide administrative assistance to the

QHSE Manager

, supporting company compliance, audits, and training requirements. Assist with process improvements, documentation updates, and internal communications related to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Play an active role as part of the company's

Environmental Champions Team

, helping to promote best practice and sustainability initiatives across the business.
Training & Development

Full training provided on company systems, client platforms, CAD tools, and relevant software packages. Ongoing support and development opportunities within a growing organisation. Exposure to operational planning, compliance, and project support, offering excellent career progression potential.
About You (Desirable Skills & Attributes)

Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communication skills and a professional, proactive approach. Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
