This role involves working with a wide range of information and data from across many internal and external operational functions to get to one version of the truth. You will work and engage with APOC, Baggage, Services and Security and other functional teams in a collaborative manner.


Your position will be key interfacing with APOC, Baggage, Services and other Heathrow and key stakeholder tactical planning teams to document and design their data and tool needs leading to the planning and rolling out of tools and processes. An average day will be diverse and offer an opportunity to learn a multitude of technologies. You will be responsible for resolving a variety of requests working with the various teams. This role is suited to an individual who is a keen trouble shooter and enjoys taking a problem and owning it through to resolution.



Developing logic driven problem solving and the ability to manage complexity, exercising good judgement and working on own initiative. Coordinating and contributing to requirements gathering workshops to understand what is required and why. Using data visualisations to explain analytical findings, explore the data and create compelling reports and insights. Ensuring that the key benefits of any proposed change are identified and that these are prioritised over nice-to-haves. Working collaboratively with the team and build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Supporting with change control aimed at developing, extending, or improving the new/existing service

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A team player with self-confidence, assertiveness, and personal motivation Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment, and taking ownership of tasks to meet tight deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and comfortable liaising at all levels within a business Strong organisational skills, with the ability to formulate clear and concise documentation, reports, and presentations Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint
Ideally, you'll also have:


Experience with PowerBI. . Intermediate level of data visualisation, data wrangling, and data storytelling. Experience of working in a support role within a data and reporting environment

Working Location



Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow . Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
