Position Overview



We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled

Support & Product Analyst

to join our team. This multifaceted role will support the COO in maintaining key business systems, coordinating product development processes, providing technical and analytical support, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

You'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, software quality, and customer satisfaction through a blend of product, support, and data responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities System & Operational Support



Assist in the administration and maintenance of key systems including ClickUp, Bitbucket, AWS, CRM, and Intercom. Oversee deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Implement and manage security updates and advisories across AWS, DoIT, Snowflake, and related platforms.

Product & Development Support



Draft detailed product and bug specifications. Collaborate with the COO to manage scrum processes and facilitate communication with development teams. Assist in sprint planning and coordination to align with business priorities. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Technical & QA Support



Provide 2nd Line technical support, including replication, investigation, and resolution of bugs. Support the QA process with testing, bug validation, and tracking. Collaborate with 1st Line Support to enhance technical troubleshooting capabilities.

Data Analysis & Reporting



Analyse and interpret large data sets to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities. Develop and maintain databases, data models, and warehouses for data integrity. Create and manage dashboards and reports using tools like Metabase, Snowflake, Mixpanel, Posthog, and Google Cloud. Provide operational and performance reports to internal stakeholders, supporting strategic decisions.

Goals of the Role



Maintain reliable and secure business systems to support daily operations and overall productivity. Improve product reliability through robust QA processes and efficient sprint coordination. Enhance support response and resolution times by strengthening technical issue management. Enable cross-team collaboration through clear communication and accurate product documentation. Support strategic initiatives with actionable insights through advanced data analysis and reporting.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities



Strong understanding of computer science principles and data analysis methodologies. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or similar languages. Experience with tools such as AWS, Snowflake, Google Cloud, and CI/CD pipelines. Working knowledge of DevOps, data modelling, and software development lifecycle. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with data visualisation tools and dashboard creation. Adaptability to learn new technologies quickly. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
