We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety. Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each client's needs. Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide updates on care and address any concerns. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided. Drive to clients' homes as necessary, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled visits. Support clients in engaging with community resources and activities.

Qualifications

Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred. Strong IT skills to manage documentation and communication effectively. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication. A valid driving licence is required for travel between client locations. Ability to develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate compassionately and effectively. A commitment to providing high-quality support in a care home or similar environment.
