About the job
The role of the Support Engagement Specialist is to enhance the support of all students who receive support through Clear Links. You will be the first point of contact for students who may be unsure how to access their support. You will create a positive and supportive experience for the student, guiding them through the process and ensuring they know what to expect. You will accurately record information understanding that the wider teams will rely on this to ensure the student gets the most from their experience.
Responsibilities
Being the first point of contact for students enquiring about accessing support
Ensuring information is entered onto the internal systems accurately and in a timely manner
Being responsible for proactively contacting students on a regular basis
Identifying and working on improvements to student engagement
Working effectively as part of a team
We are looking for (minimum criteria):
Excellent communication skills
Confidence in making and receiving calls
Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately
A friendly, positive and professional demeanour
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Higher Education experience (academic or work related)
