What You'll Be Doing
Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with SEMH needs, helping them engage with learning and school life
Building trust, celebrating small wins, and helping the pupil develop confidence and positive routines
Encouraging emotional wellbeing and self-regulation through patience, creativity, and empathy
Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to create a consistent, supportive environment
Adapting lessons and resources to meet the child's individual learning style

What We're Looking For
You don't need years of experience -- what matters most is your empathy, enthusiasm, and commitment to helping young people succeed.
We're looking for someone who is:
Kind, patient, and resilient, with a genuine passion for supporting children
A great listener who can build positive, trusting relationships
Calm under pressure and able to bring out the best in others
Experienced in SEMH or SEND support (desirable, but not essential -- training will be provided!)
