? We're seeking a1:1 Support Mentor
to support a student with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs at a specialist boys' school.What you'll do:
Provide 1:1 support to manage behaviour and emotions Use de-escalation strategies to keep students safe and engaged Build strong, trusting relationships Work closely with a supportive team in a structured setting
