About the Person You'll Support:

Lives independently and values their own space and routine. Loves a good laugh - you will need a good sense of humour! Enjoys getting out and about, trying new things, and making every day interesting. Looking for someone who brings fresh energy and is not afraid to have fun on the job.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting day-to-day life in a person-centred, respectful way. Helping plans activities - no two days are the same! Being a good listener, a great companion, and an encouraging presence. Promoting independence while being there when it matters most. Working flexible shifts - evenings, weekends, and the occasional adventure!
