Our Fabulous #TeamRaffan are on the lookout for an outgoing, caring individual with a great sense of fun to join their friendly team on a part-time (25 hours per week), permanent basis.

The Role

Based in Buckie, you will be joining a small, dedicated team supporting two ladies in their own home. Both ladies are very sociable, so we\'re looking for someone who will be enthusiastic and creative in supporting them with their hobbies and interests which include going out for lunch, social events, discos, arts & crafts and gardening to name a few.

As a Support Practitioner, you will also provide emotional support, encouragement and help with all aspects of daily living including finances, cooking, household chores, administering medication and personal care.

About You

You don\'t need experience to start your career with us, we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We\'ll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you\'ll need. We\'ll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!

Shift Patterns

Our team provides support twenty-four-hours a day, seven days a week so we will need you to be flexible. The shift patterns usually fall between the hours of 0700-1600 and 1500-2300. Sleepover shifts will also form part of your rota on a rotational basis along with weekends and public holidays.

The sleepover part of your shift is not included in your contracted hours, so you\'ll receive an additional sleepover payment of \xc2\xa387 per night worked.
