We are seeking dedicated and reliable

Care at home/housing support practitioners

to join our team. As a Practitioner at Willstac Home Care, your role will involve supporting people with all aspects of their daily living, enabling them to live with purpose and dignity. You will be supported by our dedicated management team who are always on hand to advise with whatever you need to do your job safely in the community.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support clients with their medication, as directed in their care plan Support with meal preparation and light household duties Offer companionship and emotional support Support to attend appointments or social activities as needed Support clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Uphold the values of Willstac Home Care by delivering care with compassion, respect, and professionalism

What we are looking for:



Previous experience in a care setting is (desirable but not essential, ( as full training will be provided) you just need to be a genuine caring person and have a big heart (and a big smile!) Someone with a passion for supporting others, who prides themself on delivering an outstanding service, along with being reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. A caring and compassionate nature Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends A commitment to continuous professional development Timekeeping is crucial, you should arrive on time, take your time to listen, take time to understand and take time to care - we measure time in hours, and each one matters.

Competitive salary, starting rate at 13.00 p/h Annual Leave is 28 days a year pro rata. After 24 months continuous service, we will pay additional day of annual leave for each year of continuous service up to a maximum of 35 days annual leave a year. A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE AND ACCESS TO RELIABLE TRANSPORT
