Findlay is looking for people to support him on his journey into adulthood, he lives in his own house.
Findlay enjoys being out and about in his local community, as well as travelling into Glasgow City Centre or some days going further afield, he also enjoys spending time at home with his family and being out in his garden.
Findlay is looking for motivated, enthusiastic and confident people to be part of his team, he wants people who will stick to the boundaries that keep him safe and help him to manage the more difficult days as he matures and moves forward with his life.
For this role and to be part of our organisation you need to be able to work effectively within a small team, you require to be flexible, approachable and respect others' views as well as being able to express your own. Being creative and forward thinking is an advantage as this will help with planning for Findlay.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new and diverse. If you feel that you can work in partnership with Findlay, his family and other agencies then we want to hear from you.
The post involves days, evenings, weekends and overnight support on a rota basis.
