To assist with the support services workload in the areas of course bookings, finance and business development. With support grow and develop efficient and consistent processes within the support services team. To work towards being an expert in the designated business areas with appropriate support and training. Have areas of accountability and projects to support in relation to improved process and efficiencies in the relevant business areas.
This will include (and is not limited to):
Proven experience in operational support, administration, or a similar role.
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Support the highest possible level of administrative support in keeping with the ethos and strategy of the Company is being delivered consistently;
Support the organisations' Human Resources requirements are delivered, including: Recruitment, Induction and mandatory training programmes, maintain HR databases and prepare reports in relation to HR compliance is operationally delivered with the guidance and framework provided;
Support operational delivery of the deployment of the organisation's resources; equipment and workforce to best achieve organisational objectives;
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Assist with various projects within the team as required
