to join our busy team providing EPoS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems and support to hospitality and retail businesses across Scotland.
The role:
You'll split your time between:
Visiting client sites to install, configure, and repair EPoS equipment
Answering support desk tickets and providing remote assistance
Building, configuring, and repairing EPoS systems and related products
About you:
We're not necessarily looking for years of IT industry experience -- but you'll need:
A good level of IT knowledge, ideally with a qualification (Degree, HNC/HND or similar in computing, networking, or related subject)
Great problem-solving skills and the confidence to deal directly with customers
A full UK driving licence (essential - this is a field-based role as well as office-based)
Previous work experience in any field -- hospitality, retail, or other -- where you've learned to think on your feet and deal with people
