About the Role




You'll be working in one of our three well-established Kosher residential homes, all rated Good by the CQC. These homes are more than just places to livetheyre warm, welcoming communities filled with fun, laughter, and purpose.


No two days are the same! From supporting with day-to-day routines to joining residents on outings, activities, and appointments, you'll be helping each person live a happy, independent, and meaningful life.

This Role Needs a Confident Driver




Youll need to hold a full UK driving licence, as a big part of the role involves accompanying or driving residents to activities, appointments, and adventures out in the community.

What You'll Be Doing:




Offering personalised care and support in daily routines Helping with cooking, household tasks, and maintaining a safe, happy home Driving/accompanying residents on outings and to appointments Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing every step of the way

What Youll Need:



A valid UK driving licence NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or a willingness to complete the Care Certificate with us) Great communication skills both spoken and written A flexible, proactive attitude able to work weekends and bank holidays Experience working with people with learning disabilities (preferred) The right to work in the UK
