We're Hiring: Support Workers (Term-Time Contract)



We're currently on the lookout for

enthusiastic, caring, and dependable individuals

to join our amazing team on a

contracted, part-time basis

.

Working hours:



Weekdays,

2:30 PM - 6:00 PM

(term-time only) A few

paid shadow/training sessions

will be required before starting
There may also be opportunities to extend your hours during school holidays and across our other services--this can be discussed individually.

What You'll Be Doing



Supporting young people during fun and meaningful activities Encouraging skill-building and independence Promoting social inclusion and friendship Providing personal care and support when required Working with both children and vulnerable adults across various services

Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic Friendly, compassionate, and reliable Confident in supporting a variety of interests and hobbies Calm, adaptable, and resilient in challenging situations Passionate about making a positive impact on young lives
An

SSSC qualification

(or willingness to work towards one) is desirable, and successful applicants must be (or be willing to become) a member of the

PVG Scheme

. We'll fully support your training--and we may even cover the cost of your SSSC qualification.
