About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated

Support Workers

to join our growing team in

Perth

. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals across various settings, including day centres, supported living facilities, nursing homes, and clients' own homes.

Experience is valued but

not essential

Main Duties Include:

Providing person-centred care for adults with disabilities (aged 18+). Supporting individuals to maintain independence, dignity, and well-being. Adapting to different care environments and client needs. Working collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals. Promoting respect, equality, diversity, and inclusion at all times.

SSSC registration

, or willingness to register within 6 months of employment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations. A caring, empathetic, and flexible approach to work.
