Community based support workers.



What We Can Offer



12.90 per hour

Mileage payments

Routes can range from 7am - 2pm and 3.30pm - 10pm. We also provide visits to support people with social visits or outings.

Local routes, clients in close geographical areas

Contracts for both F/T, P/T and Bank/Relief posts

RECRUITING COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKERS for the following areas



Alloa / Sauchie / Tullibody



Could you support people to get home after a hospital stay, get ready in the morning or make a meal? Or support someone to attend appointments or social events/education? People in our communities depend on our support workers to enable them to live as independently as possible.

Flourish Home Support Services are pleased to invite applications for Community Support Workers to join our award-winning organisation.



The successful candidates will join our friendly teams and provide high level of care and support to our clients in either Clackmannanshire or Stirling.



Community Support Worker - Essential for this role:



*Carrying out personal care and support to clients within the clients' home.



Community Support Workers may be expected to help with people's personal care, support with medication and meal preparation along with a variety of other tasks such as support to go shopping or attend appointments. You should be able to engage fully with the people receiving support with a caring and professional approach.

*Maintaining high standards of care and support in service users' homes.



The desire and commitment to support others and to deliver the highest level of care is essential.

*Drivers licence and access to a car is essential for this role



*Willingness to undertake induction and ongoing training



*Membership of the PVG scheme



This post is considered to be Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scotland PVG Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to undertake Membership of the PVG scheme. We will support you to do this.
