Support Worker - Arlesey
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour (paid weekly)
We are currently looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in the area of Arlesey. Whether you've previously worked in care or are an experienced Support Worker, we have flexible and ongoing opportunities available through our agency.
Shifts are typically 12 hours in length, and we offer pre-booked blocks so you'll have your rota well in advance.
What the role involves:
Providing both emotional and practical support to residents in a residential setting Promoting independence while assisting with day-to-day tasks and personal care needs Ensuring the living environment is safe, clean, and welcoming Supporting residents with their health, wellbeing, and safeguarding needs Following policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of care
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant A reliable team player with a strong sense of commitment Someone who brings positivity, empathy, and professionalism to the role
