Support Worker - Plymouth

Pioneering Independence Ltd. provides support to people living in the community, the services provided are designed to meet the individual's needs, support is given for daily living tasks, relationships, education, employment, and social activities.

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced support worker's, to join our organisation. Someone who will be committed to making a difference to the individuals life. The team need to be upbeat, possess good planning skills, able to adapt, have a creative flair, be able to adhere to structure and to consistently follow measures and guidelines which have been put in place.

We are looking for full time and part time employees to work shifts which includes weekends and Bank Holidays. We are looking for individual's who will inspire and embrace the challenges. Do you have the motivation and the can-do attitude that we are looking for?

Applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS Check

The types of shifts you will be rota'd for are: -

Early - 08.00hrs to 16.00hrs

Long Day - 08.00hrs to 23.00hrs

Long Day with sleep attached - 08.00hrs to 08.00hrs

Late - 16.00hrs to 23.00hrs

Waking Night (where applicable) 22.00hrs to 08.00hrs
