What You'll Be Doing

Supporting residents with autism and/or learning disabilities in their daily lives. Delivering personal care with dignity and respect. Promoting independence and meaningful community engagement. Following care plans and maintaining accurate records in line with CQC standards. Being a proactive team player, always striving to provide the highest quality care.

What We're Looking For

Experience working in adult care settings

(residential, supported living, or similar).

Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification

(or working towards). Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Compassion, patience, and a professional attitude. Reliability and commitment to high standards of care.
