Supporting individuals with everyday tasks, including cooking, cleaning, personal care, and attending appointments
Promoting independence and encouraging life skills development
Building positive relationships with service users, families, and team members

The candidate:
What you'll need to be successful as an Adult Learning Disability Support Worker
At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting
Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to pay for one
The right to work in the UK
Ability to work above 24 hours per week
A driver's licence is essential as it would be an element of supporting residents in the community, such as attending activities or hobbies that they enjoy, so access to your own vehicle
