We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated
Support Worker
to join our team at a learning disability care home. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to residents, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their wellbeing.Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living tasks, personal care, and activities. Support residents in maintaining independence and confidence. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues. Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of care.
Experience Required:
Previous experience as a carer is preferred. A caring, patient, and empathetic nature. Excellent communication skills.
Qualification:
NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Note:
We are

Pay: 12.60 per hour
