About the role:

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Bexley. You will be supporting individuals with a range of needs to live as independently as possible in their own homes and the community.

For this role you will provide high-quality personal care and support in line with individual care plans and support individuals with daily living tasks including washing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication. You will be required to assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate moving and handling techniques, as well as encourage and promote independence and dignity.

Hours:

Full & part time hours required.

A variety of shift patterns available.

Location:

The 2 services are located in Bexleyheath.

About you:

Experience in social care or support work preferred, but not essential as full training provided

Moving and Handling experience is required( use of wheelchairs)

A caring, patient, and compassionate nature

Good communication and teamwork skills

Must be reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering person-centred care.
