, we do care differently. We're here to build services where people feel
valued, safe, and in control of their lives
-- not just supported, but empowered.
We're now looking for kind, committed, and down-to-earth Support Workers to join us as we grow. Whether you've worked in care before or you're bringing life experience and the right attitude -- if you believe in
doing the right thing, for the right reasons
, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
This role is all about
relationships, not just routines
. You'll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live life on their terms -- whether that's a supported living flat, or out in the community.
You'll be:
Supporting with daily living (personal care, medication, meals, etc.) in a way that always puts dignity first
Helping people make choices and build independence in their day-to-day life
Bringing structure and positivity through consistent, values-led support
Following support and behaviour plans that help individuals thrive, especially when things are tough
Encouraging involvement in the local community -- from hobbies and social groups to volunteering and work
Working alongside families, health teams, and others to keep everything joined up and person-centred
Promoting rights, safety, and inclusion every step of the way
What we're looking for
A natural communicator who's calm, caring, and respectful
Someone who's flexible and positive, even when things don't go to plan
No formal qualifications needed -- just a values-led approach and a willingness to learn
Experience in care is welcome, but not essential -- we'll give you the tools and training
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and occasional sleep-ins (with enhancements)
What you'll get from us
Higher-than-average pay and genuine investment in your development
A supportive team culture where your voice is heard and your wellbeing matters
Ongoing training, reflective practice, and chances to grow into new roles
Recognition schemes, team events, and a workplace that genuinely tries to do the right thing (iPhone Giveaways, Holiday Vouchers, etc).
The chance to be part of a care provider that puts
people first -- always
If you're ready to build something meaningful and be part of a team that leads with values, apply today.
Let's make a
Positive Impact
-- together.
