Apna House is a 25 bedded Residential Home and specializes in providing care for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health Conditions

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Support Worker

to join our team!

What You'll be Doing

Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility. Support residents with complex needs, including physical disabilities and mental health challenges. Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health or behavior. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families. Maintain accurate records and follow individualized care plans.

What You'll Need

Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a support worker Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and empathetic approach to care. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Minimum of NVQ2 in Health and Social Care

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
