About the role
We are currently recruiting for Bank Support Workers for our Hightrees residential home supporting 5 male residents to meet their daily lifestyle. The residents have learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
The service is a small residential home set in Harborne, we support the residents 24/7. We have a rolling rota and work shifts.
Our support worker role means that you support residents with personal care, completing daily records on nourishment, medication, completing financial records, supporting residents to access the community for activities, including shopping.
We also support with maintaining a clean environment, including laundry, cleaning of the home, supporting with the preparation of meals. Supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs.
Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.
