Support Worker
Two Pas required to assist with various activities, enabling the employer to maintain an independent and fulfilling life that meets their chosen lifestyle.
Job Purpose & work Duties:
Taking me to Special Olympics Club Redditch once a week for up to 3 hrs
Assisting with own transportation pick up from Rubery and return
Supporting with
Mobility, ensuring the employers safety
Personal care
Driving the employer from home to club and back
Other requirements
Owing Vehicle insurance and clear driving licence
Establish and maintain effective communication
Maintaining confidentiality
Location
Between Redditch and the employer's home (B45 Birmingham)
Hours (3 hours each PA per week)
Rate of Pay ( 12.21 per hour)
Requirements
Experience of providing care
Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred
Locally based
Consistency
Motivated
Organised
Driver
Good sense of humour
Patience
Ability to understand and deliver the needs of the employer
Flexible, reliable, and honest
An enhanced DBS check will be required
