We're now looking for a

Support Worker

to join our small, passionate team. This is a

part-time role (16 hours per week)

, worked flexibly across Monday to Thursday. Whether you prefer two full days or shorter shifts over four days, we're happy to support the right schedule - what matters is the impact you make.

What You'll Do



Provide person-centred support to residents

within their homes

, helping them develop independence and stability. Manage a caseload of up to 12 residents, offering weekly one-to-one support sessions (approx. 1 hour per resident). Deliver meaningful support across areas such as mental and physical wellbeing, financial and budgeting assistance, employment and skills development and substance misuse recovery. Identify and raise any property maintenance issues promptly to ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner. Complete administrative tasks such as support plans and case notes to a professional standard. Take part in regular planning and preparation time - a collaborative space to share updates, raise concerns, and develop action plans for future sessions. Travel between properties (within a local area) as required - mileage expenses covered.

What matters most is your attitude, life experience, and ability to engage with people meaningfully and consistently. If you have transferable skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you.

Requirements



Full right to work in the UK Your own car and valid driving licence (essential) Enhanced DBS check (can be arranged if not already held)
