Personal Specification
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Level 2/3 Health and Social Care qualifications or relevant training is desirable.
General Experience
Experience working with vulnerable adults or children, ideally with complex needs or a forensic background (advantageous).
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain tasks and instructions in a way that is easily understood.
Active listening skills to understand service users' needs, concerns, and preferences.
Interpersonal skill
