We are pleased to announce that we have an exciting opportunity at Supreme Care for Support Workers.

Supreme Care have recently opened a new Supported Living home for adults with learning disabilities and mental health in the Birmingham area. You will be a part of opening a brand-new scheme, alongside the Registered Manager.

Supreme Care are looking for people who are friendly, positive and have a genuine passion to support others.

As a support worker you will...

? Play a key role in offering person centred support to people with learning disabilities and

mental health conditions.

? Play a key role in supporting a person to achieve their goals and positive outcomes as

defined in their support plan.

? Support people in their home as well as in the community with activities of their choice.

? Support with personal care and medication administration when required.

? Support with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning and paperwork.

? To empower and promote independence with the people we support.

Person Specifications

? Experience within the care industry is desired but not essential

? Good time management

? Attention to detail

? IT literate

? A positive attitude with a caring and compassionate personality

? Good communication skills

? Be able to work as part of a team as well as lone work

? A full driving license is desired but not essential.

? Be able to work between the hours of 7am - 10pm as well as being available for sleep ins.
